The BEAT360 team attended SXSW in Austin Texas last month and enjoyed 5 days of music, meetings, panels and parties. So many bands to see and not enough time to catch them all. A few highlights to mention.. The Boxer Rebellion played an exceptional set at Maggie Mays on Friday 19th March. The band are about to go into the studio and produce their next record shortly. If you haven’t seen or heard them yet check them out, they are destined for huge things.

Our good friends the brilliant So So Glos played a stomping set at club 1808 on the Friday as well. We mixed their debut self titled album 2 years ago & they signed to Green Owl records releasing this and a 2nd album ‘Tourism/Terrorism’ last year. In Nov ‘09 they toured Europe with The Virgins and are currently writing their next record. This band has great songs, lyrics, attitude and a kick ass live show. If they are playing in a town near you, make sure you check them out you will not be disappointed!
